The Estate offers numerous fully heated and cooled indoor as well as outdoor options for your event no matter what the season. Enjoy the flexibility of utilizing any or all of the venue amenities, whether you want a candlelit reception in The Grand Salon, cocktail hour on The Verandah, or your ceremony in the South Lawn and Garden areas. The expansive green space is also perfect for tents of almost any size. Our event specialists will walk you through all the possibilities.
This massive two story venue showcases an exquisite double staircase, two story ceilings, and balcony views into the foyer and grand salon areas. There is enough room to comfortably seat anywhere from 50-350 guests inside our fully heated and cooled Estate House for dinner. Interact with our majestic shire horses for a unique equestrian experience you can only have at The Estate.

The Grand Salon
Two story ceilings with balcony views into the foyer and grand salon make it a focal point of the venue.
The two story brick fireplace surrounded by floor to ceiling windows that allow the venue to be filled with amazing natural light. The Grand Salon is an epic space for indoor ceremonies, bridal party tables, and a HUGE dance floor.
The Verandah
Utilize our outdoor verandah for cocktail hour or extension of you reception area.
Guests love to mingle on the verandah both before and after dinner. You can also view or interact with our amazing shire horses at this private and exclusive equestrian estate.
The Sunset Shires at Sunset Farm
Our Majestic Shire Draft Horses love to interact with guests and pose for photos with our couples and their guests.
Book a shire horse appearance and treat your guests to a rare and memorable experience they will talk about for years to come! Although the Shire is the most popular heavy horse in England there are less than 4,000 Shires in the world, becoming a near extinct breed. True gentle giants, these horses are amazing in every way. They are beautiful, calm, confident, strong, agile, reliable, and sweet. These horses can ride, drive, compete in dressage, be used as beginner or advanced lesson horses, as well as work on the farm. Sunset Farm has a shire breeding operation and loves to share these majestic horses with you and your guests!
